CRAIG ATWILL TRUST its unknown heirs, beneficiaries, devisees, grantees, assignees, donees, alienees, legatees, administrators, executors, guardians, mortgagees, trustees and legal representatives, and all other persons, corporations or successors claiming by, through or under it.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Miller County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is for a Declaratory Judgment for easement by prescription for that certain parcel within the corporate limits of the City of Iberia being Parcel ID Number: 16-6.0-24-004-001-014.000.
The names of all parties are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for Plaintiff is Robert K. Sweeney, Post Office Box 20, Hillsboro, Missouri 63050.
You are further notified that unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid Petition within forty-five (45) days of Sept. 19, 2024, a Judgment by Default for the easement by prescription will be granted.
