SERVICE BY PUBLICATION

The State of Missouri to the above-named Defendants:

You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for the County of Miller, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to quiet title, and which affects the following described property:

Parcel #12-2.0-04-000-000-012.016

A tract of land situated in and being a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 40 North, Range 15 West, also being a part of the tract described by deed recorded in Deed Book 386, Page 11 of the Records of Miller County, Missouri, said tract being more particularly described as follows:  Commencing at the Center Section Corner of Section 4, Township 40 North, Range 15 West; thence South 00°26′28″ West along the 1/4 Section Line 726.96 feet to the Southeasterly right of way line of U.S. Highway 54 for the point of beginning; thence leaving said right of way line South 00°26′28″ West along said 1/4 Section Line 312.46 feet to the Northwesterly right of way line of Old U.S. Highway 54; thence leaving said 1/4 Section Line, South 54°21′29″ West along said Northwesterly right of way line 224.09 feet to the said Southeasterly right of way line of U.S. Highway 54; thence leaving said Northwesterly right of way line North 06°58′48″ East along said Southeasterly right of way line 96.42 feet to a point 190.00 feet left or Southeasterly of Centerline Station 422+00.00; thence North 26°27′02″ East along said Southwesterly right of way line 387.93 feet to the point of beginning.

The names of all of the parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof, and the name of the attorney for Plaintiff is Kenneth O. McCutcheon, Jr., whose address is 110 N. Monroe, P.O. Box 5, Versailles, Missouri  65084.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within forty-five (45) days after the 4th day of April, 2024, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
