You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced in the Circuit Court of Miller County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to allow the appointment of guardians and conservators on behalf of Aria Grace Smith. The Petitioners are Heith Boyd and Cordie Ruth Boyd. The biological mother is Cydney Cheyenne Smith. The name and address of the Attorney for the Petitioners is Barbara Van Tine, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 999, Lake Ozark, Missouri 65049.
You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against this action within forty-five (45) days after the date that this notice is first published, Judgment by default will be rendered against you. The date of first publication of this notice is the 21st day of March, 2024.
It is ordered that a copy hereof be published at least once each week for four consecutive weeks in The Eldon Advertiser which is a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Miller, State of Missouri.
