You are hereby notified that a petition for change of name of a minor child has been filed in the Circuit Court of Miller County, Missouri.
You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or otherwise appear before this court and defend against the aforesaid petition within forty-five (45) days after publication of this notice judgment by default will be rendered against you.
It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to the law in The Advertiser, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Miller, State of Missouri. A true copy from the record.
