THE STATE OF MISSOURI TO: ANY MAN CLAIMING TO BE THE FATHER OF JACKSON LEE ADAMS.
You are hereby notified that a Petition for Guardianship of a Minor Child has been filed in the Circuit Court of Miller County, Missouri. You are hereby notified that said matter will be heard on January 9, 2024, at 1:00 o’clock P.M., in Courtroom A, on the 4th floor of the Miller Courthouse, in the City of Tuscumbia, Miller County, Missouri.
The names of all parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof, and the name and address of the attorney for Petitioners is: Kimberly F. Lowe, 107 N. Benton Street, Waynesville, Missouri 65583.
You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid Petition within forty-five (45) days after the 16th day of November, 2023, judgment by default will be rendered against you, and Petitioners will be appointed Co-Guardians of the child, in accordance with the Petition filed herein.
It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to the law in the Advertiser, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Miller, State of Missouri. A true copy from the record.
