NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING
Notice is hereby given that Clinton A. Jenkins, election authority for Miller County, will convene the Verification Board for the November 7, 2023 Election at a meeting to be held at 9:00 AM, November 10, 2023 in my office at the Courthouse, Miller County Clerk’s Office, P.O. Box 12, Tuscumbia, Mo. 65082.
The tentative agenda of the meeting includes:
• Convening the Board.
• Diagnostic, internal logic and accuracy test of the precinct counters.
• Manual Count conducted.
• Verification of the count and certification of election results from the November 7, 2023 City of Eldon Special Election.
• Election.
• Certification of the Election will be Friday, November 10, 2023.
• Adjournment.
