Custodial Services
Miller County R-III School District
The Miller County R-III School District is accepting quotes for custodial services, Monday- Friday during the school year (late August through early May) for the following services:
• Working hours: After 3:00 p.m.; end time is negotiable—cleaned prior to the start of the next school day
• 9 restrooms: Clean toilets, sinks, mirrors, mop floors daily, empty trash
• Approximately 30 classrooms: Daily--sweep, empty trash, replace bags, a few rooms have carpeting that will need vacuumed
• Sweep main hallways and stairs
• Gym and lobby on game/event nights: Sweep gym floor, move bleachers and sweep, sweep lobby, clean 2 restrooms, empty trash
• Mopping: Spot mop as needed, mop classrooms and hallways on rotating basis as time
allows, at least one time every two weeks
District will supply all cleaning supplies and equipment. Company must be bonded and insured.
Quotes should be returned to Miller County R-III School District, 526 School Road, Tuscumbia, MO 65082, Attention: Dr. Tina Spencer, Superintendent, by noon on August 16, 2023, with notification of acceptance by August 17, 2023. Services to begin no later than September 1, 2023.
