The County of Miller is seeking sealed bids for bank depository services of County funds for the time period July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2027.
The bid will be for two or four years. The County will have the option after two years to extend to four years. (Same bid as two year) Missouri Revised Statutes book 1996, Chapter 110, 110.140-110.150.
The institution will waive all the following service fees:
• Checks and Deposits Slips
• Health Savings Accounts
• One or Two Signature Verification • ACH Debit Filters
• Direct Deposit for Payroll
• ACH Transactions for all Monthly Tax Distributions
• Stop Payments
• 6 Safe Deposit Boxes
• 10 Self-inking "deposit only" stamps
• Payroll Debit Cards
• Monthly Bank Statements with Images
• Unlimited transactions
• FDIC Insurance
• Pledged Collateral
The account interest is to be paid on all collected balances using a 365-day calculation. All County money of Treasurer's, Collector, Sheriff, Recorder, Circuit Clerk &County Clerk, except Collector's Tax account at local banks shall be included within this contract.
The County will accept both fixed or variable rate bids, whichever is most beneficial to the County. If bidding a variable rate, the rate should be tied to the 91-day Treasury Bill rate same as yield. Bidders must also offer Merchant Credit Card Services for the Collector and Recorder Offices. This includes both in-person and online integration of services.
Bids will be opened and read aloud to the public, Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, 2001 Highway 52, Tuscumbia, Mo. 65082.
