The State of Missouri to Defendant, John Doe:
You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for Miller County, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to foreclose the property secured by a deed of trust dated March 30, 2023 and to Quiet Title as to the property secured by said deed of trust, and which action affects the following described property to wit:
LOT 6 OF "HEREFORD HILLS ADDITION," TO THE CITY OF ELDON, MISSOURI, MILLER COUNTY, MISSOURI, AS SHOWN BY THE PLAT OF SAID ADDITION RECORDED IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MILLER COUNTY, MISSOURI, IN PLAT BOOK NO. 2, PAGE 19.
SUBJECT TO ALL RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, CONDITIONS AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD AND TO ALL EXISTING ROADS AND POWER LINES, WHETHER OF RECORD OR NOT.
