The Iberia R-V School District will be accepting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement and distribution of food and non-food supplies for use in school meal programs. All proposals must comply with federal procurement standards (2CFR 200.318-326), USDA Regulations and Missouri DESE guidelines. The District requests that all products that can come from the USA be used and would like a Buy American letter. The District also requests bids on items that are low sodium and gluten and dairy free. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please return a sealed bid to Iberia R-V School District by mail, fax or email by June 8, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
