The State of Missouri to Defendants, Linda Sue Suits, Unknown Spouse of Linda Sue Suits and Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Sherman L. Suits:
You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for Miller County, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to Quiet Title as to the property secured by a Deed of Trust dated June 14, 2022, and which action affects the following described property to wit:
ALL OF LOT NO. ONE (1) AND THE NORTH HALF OF LOT NO. TWO (2) IN BLOCK NO. THREE (3), BROCKMAN'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ELDON, MILLER COUNTY, MISSOURI, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
SUBJECT TO ANY COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD.
The names of all parties to said action are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for the Plaintiff is Cynthia M. Kern Melone, Millsap & Singer, LLC, 612 Spirit Dr., St. Louis, MO 63005, (636) 537-0110.
