You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced in the Circuit Court, Miller County, Missouri, by petition the object and general nature of which is to obtain guardianship of KALIYAH M. SCRIVNER by SHARON TRUITT AND JEFF TRUITT, Petitioner.
The names of all parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for the petitioners is BARBARA VANTINE, P.O. Box 999, Lake Ozark, MO 65049.
You are further notified that unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the date of the first publication (January 15, 2026), letters of guardianship and conservator ad litem may be rendered in favor of the petitioner.
