Notice is hereby given that at 5:30 p.m. on November 10th, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Commission, Public Works Building, 1001 Highway Y Eldon, MO 65026 will consider a Lot Split Application.
CASE NO. P&Z 08-2025 Lot Split for the property to which the application applies to is legally described and generally located as follows: 221 N. Godfrey
