In the property described in this notice either as spouses, heirs, successors, grantees of the person named in this petition or for any other reason.
You are notified that a Petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Miller County, Missouri, praying to foreclose a real estate mortgage cancel installment contract on the following described real estate:
A tract of land situated in and being a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 42 North, Range 15 West; Miller County, Missouri, also being a part of the tract described by Deed recorded at Book 293, Page 779 of the Records of Miller County, Missouri; said tract being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 34, Township 42 North, Range 15 West; thence South 00 degrees 27 minutes 53 seconds West along the section line, 155.00 feet to the Southerly right of way line of Haynes Street and the point of beginning; thence leaving said Southerly right of way line of Haynes Street and continuing South 00 degrees 27 minutes 53 seconds West along said section line, 115.00 feet; thence leaving said section line, North 89 degrees 46 minutes 56 seconds East 90.0 feet; thence North 00 degrees 27 minutes 54 seconds East, 114.95 feet to the Southerly right of way line of Haynes Street; thence South 89 degrees 48 minutes 39 seconds West along said Southerly right of way line 90.0 feet to the point of beginning, commonly known as 614 E. Haynes St., Eldon, MO 65026 (the "Property")
The names of all parties to said action are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address for Plaintiff's Counsel is Linda Tarpley SouthLaw, P.C., 13160 Foster, Suite I 00, Overland Park, KS 66213-2660.
You are further notified that unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the 7th day of August, 2025, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
