The City of Iberia is accepting applications for the Public Works department who have obtained your water and/or wastewater certification or willing to obtain them.
The following examples are meant to be illustrative only and are not intended to be all inclusive:
• Participate in monitoring and calibrating a variety of wastewater instruments.
• Perform a variety of indoor and outdoor construction, maintenance, repair, testing and reporting assignments.
• Participate in preparation of reports as requested.
• Assist in performing routine maintenance and service on motor vehicle and equipment.
• Follow daily and weekly work schedules and complete projects in a timely and adequate manner.
• Follow departmental rules, policies, and procedures, and assist fellow employees in the same.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
