NOTICE UPON ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION

The State of Missouri to Defendants John Doe, Mary Doe, and any and all other persons, entities, heirs, personal representatives, and successors and assigns, and other unborn or unknown:

You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for Miller County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to quiet title to the following described property situated in Miller County, Missouri:

All of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the North One-Half of the Southwest Quarter in Section Thirty-three (33), Township Forty-two (42) North, Range Fourteen (14) West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Miller County, Missouri.

Subject to all restrictions, reservations, conditions, easements and exceptions of record and to any roadways or power lines whether of record or not.

The names of all parties to said action are stated in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for Plaintiff is Jonathan C. Browning, Sigmund Browning, LLC, 305 East McCarty Street, Suite 300, Jefferson City, Missouri 65101.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid Petition within forty-five (45) days after the 24th day of October, 2024, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
