In accordance with the Missouri Revised Statute Section 177.091 RSMo, bids will be accepted by the Eldon Board of Education on the house built by the Eldon Career Center Building Trades Class.
Bidding will begin March 1, 2024 with the earliest possible closing date for bids being April 1, 2024.
Bids are to be submitted on an official bid form furnished by the school and will be posted in the Superintendent’s Office, 112 South Pine Street, Eldon MO 65026. Bids will be subject to the terms listed in a Request for Bids. Interested bidders may secure a Request for Bids and Official Bid from the School Board Secretary, Cheyanne Uptergrove, at the Administrative Offices from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Minimum bid will be $299,900. At the time of bidding all bidders must deposit an amount equal to one percent (1%) of the bid price as earnest money. Any bid unchallenged for five (5) working days following the last bid will be the successful bid. Bid increments must be at least $500.00.

Bidders wishing to inspect the house should call Eldon Career Center at 392-8060 ex 1501 for an appointment.
The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or any portion of a bid.
