ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals for the services to complete of the ARPA LEAD SERVICE LINE INVENTORY (LSLI) for the City of Eldon will be received by the OWNER until 2:00pm on December 19, 2023, at the City of Eldon, 101 S. Oak Street, Eldon, MO 65026, where at that place and time said proposals shall be publicly opened and read aloud. Late proposals will not be considered. Any bids received after such date and time shall be returned unopened. Electronic proposals will not be considered. Conditional proposals will not be considered. Funding for the project is through the Missouri Department of Natural Resources’ Financial Assistance Center and local sources.

The award of Contracts on this project shall be predicated upon competitive bidding. Said Bidder shall be determined for the Contract by summarizing the applicable low base bids and selection by the City Council.
The City of Eldon reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in the bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of bids.
