Miller County Ambulance District is requesting bids for the following job.
Job Site: 1304 South Aurora Street, Eldon, MO. 65026.
Item #1: Demolition and removal from site, a 7’ x 71’4” concrete sidewalk; re-pour same with an 8” trench drain along the total distance with 1.5” x 12” steel grating. Drain will have 8” of slope from north to south. Concrete 4” thick with #4 rebar on 18” centers each way. All concrete 6 bag 4000PSI, one application of concrete sealer.
Item#2: Furnish and install 90’ of 6” schedule 35 green sewer pipe running along side of building. Bid as if no buried line is in path of excavation.
Provide all permits.
Bids are due by 4 p.m., October 13, 2023.
