EQUIPMENT TRAILER
The City of Eldon Board of Aldermen has approved soliciting sealed bids for a flat bed trailer meeting these requirements:
• 20,000 lbs. Minimum GVWR
• Fold Up Ramps
• Front Mounted Toolbox
• Spare Tire
• 102” Wide
• 20’ Plus 5’ Dove
• 2 - 5/16 Coupler
All sealed bids should be sent to the attention of the City Clerk at P.O. Box 355, Eldon, MO 65026 or may be delivered in person or by delivery service to the Clerk’s office in Eldon City Hall, 101 S. Oak Street, Eldon, Missouri, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. All sealed bids must have Bid #2023-03 “Equipment Trailer” prominently printed on the envelope and received in the office of the City Clerk by 8:00 a.m. on April 17, 2023. The bid opening is at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, April 17th, 2023.
The City of Eldon reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive formalities.
