The Eldon School District will be taking bids for school district grounds maintenance.
Proposals will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. August 28, 2026. Proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Grounds Maintenance Bid” and delivered to Eldon School District, 112 South Pine Street, Eldon MO 65026, Attn: Cheyanne Uptergrove. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted.
Any proposal received after the date and time specified shall not be considered.
Bid specifications can be obtained at a pre-bid conference scheduled for August 21, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at 924 South Maple Street, Eldon MO 65026 (Bus Barn).
The Eldon School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any "informalities" in the proposals received whenever such selection, rejection or waiver is in its best interest.
