Sealed bids must be marked “Cloud-Hosted Video Surveillance System SEALED BID” and received by 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 10th, 2026, at 112 S. Pine Street, Eldon, MO 65026. A Pre-Bid Conference for Contractors planning to bid the project will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 22nd, 2026. The Pre-Bid Conference will convene at Eldon Board Office, 112 S. Pine St., Eldon, MO.
