Pool Concession Stand
Roof Replacement
The City of Eldon, Missouri is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of the Pool Concession Stand roof.
Project Scope:
The project consists of the complete removal and replacement of the existing roof system at the Pool Concession Stand, including:
Roof size: 25 ft. x 25 ft.
Removal and disposal of all
existing metal roofing and OSB decking
Installation of new OSB roof
decking
Installation of new metal roofing
New metal must match the existing roof style/profile currently in place
All work shall be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
Project Requirements:
Contractor shall provide all
labor, materials, equipment, and disposal
Work site shall be kept clean and free of debris during and after completion
Contractor shall comply with all applicable safety standards and regulations
Project must be completed by April 15, 2026.
Contractor Qualifications:
Contractor must carry current
liability insurance
Contractor must hold a valid City of Eldon Business License
Proof of insurance and licensing may be required prior to award
Bids must be sealed and clearly labeled:
“Bid – Pool Concession Stand Roof Replacement”
Sealed bids must be received no later than:
March 6th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (CST)
Bid Opening March 6th, 2026 2:30 p.m. (CST)
Bids may be submitted in person or by mail and delivered to:

Late bids will not be accepted.
Reservation of Rights
The City of Eldon reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities or minor irregularities, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Submission of a bid does not obligate the City to award a contract.
