Notice is hereby given that the Eldon School District, Board of
Education is requesting bids for the PERFORMING ARTS VRF
SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS. Should you wish to bid, please email us at Matt.Davis@EldonMustangs.org. Sealed bids must be marked “PERFORMING ARTS VRF SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS SEALED BID” and received by 2:00 p.m., January 13, 2026 at: 112 S. Pine Street, Eldon, MO 65026.
A Pre-Bid Conference for Contractors planning to bid the Project will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 30, 2025. The Pre-Bid Conference will convene at Eldon Board Office, 112 S. Pine St., Eldon, MO. A site visit will be conducted following the conference. All General Contractors planning to submit a bid as a prime contractor are required to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting.
