Bid Notice and Specifications)
In accordance with 165.211, RSMo., the Iberia R-V School District, Iberia, Missouri, will accept sealed bids for the Iberia R-V School District bank depository services until 3:00 p.m. (central standard time), October 21, 2025. Bids to be forwarded by United States Mail should be mailed at least three (3) working days prior to the scheduled proposal opening date to assure delivery in a time for the bid opening. Bank Depository Service Bid Notice and Specifications are available at Central Office upon request. Bids are to be prepared at no cost to the Iberia R-V School District and will remain the district's property. Bids must be delivered sealed and marked, “Bank Depository Service Bid,” and addressed to: Iberia R-V School District, Iberia, MO 65486.
All bids will be opened on October 22, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the Superintendent's Office. This will be open to the public and interested parties. Bids will be reviewed and discussed during the regular monthly Board of Education Meeting at Iberia High School on October 28, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. The bidders are encouraged to be available for any questions.
The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities. Bidders are asked to respond to all items. Clarification or questions may be addressed to the Iberia R-V School District Superintendent, Amanda Mace, 573-793-6818, ext. 1401.
