The County of Miller is seeking sealed bids for the sale of a piece of property that is approximately 8,712 square feet, located on VFW Rd in Eldon, Mo.
Real Estate Description:
A tract of land being all that part of Lot 5 of Block 1 of the Town of West Aurora, Miller County, Missouri, as recorded in the Records of Miller County, Missouri, that is located Southerly of the Centerline of VFW Road, said tract of land being situated in the NW ¼ Section of 16, T 41 N, R 15 W and being part of the tract of land described by deed recorded by Document Number 2025-5580 in said Records of Miller County Missouri.
Sealed bids must be clearly labeled and will be accepted until 9:00 am on September 10th, 2025.
Bids will be opened and read aloud to the public, September 10th, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the Miller County Commission Chambers located at 2001 HWY 52, Tuscumbia, MO 65082.
