ICHPOA Subdivision is seeking bids to acquire septic pumping for the entire subdivision from one licensed (MO) company. The company will be responsible for pumping at least twice a year from each property owner as needed, billing individual property owners, reporting faulty septic systems, and turning in required pumping information for the subdivision twice a year.
