Gym Membership and Wellness Program for City Employees
City of Eldon, Missouri
The City of Eldon is soliciting sealed bids for gym membership and wellness programs for the City of Eldon employees. This is for a three-year contract with an option to renew for another three years. Listed below are the types of programs to include in the sealed bids
Programs
1. Gym Memberships for
approximately 54 Employees
2. Nutrition classes and/or
individual consultations
3. Exercise programs and/or classes available
4. Personal Training at an
additional Cost covered by the employee.

All bids must be received no later than 5:00 pm on January 2nd, 2025, at Eldon City Hall. All sealed bids must have Bid #08-2024 “Gym Membership and Wellness Program” prominently printed on the envelope and received in the office of the City Clerk prior to the bid opening at 10:30 a.m. Friday, January 3rd, 2025.
The City of Eldon reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive formalities.

Candidate Filing
Notice is hereby given that declarations of candidacy may be filed with the Moreau Fire Protection District Secretary for the following position, which will be filled at the General Municipal Election on April 8, 2025.
One Director, who shall serve as member of the Moreau Fire Protection District Board for a term of 6 years.
Candidacy declarations may be filed at the Moreau Fire Protection District’s Station 1 at 1115 N. Bus. 54, Eldon, MO 65026, beginning Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2024 at 8:00 a.m., filing will close at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2024.
