The State of Missouri to the unknown successors of Defendant Michael Ford:
You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Miller County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to quiet title to the following described property situated in Miller County, Missouri, to wit:
A parcel of land in the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 41 North, Range 15 West of the 5th Principal Meridian described as follows: Beginning at a point 1555 feet North of the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 3; thence run West parallel with the South line of said quarter Section 209 feet and 4 inches; thence run North 52 feet; thence run East parallel with the South line of said quarter Section 209 feet and 4 inches; thence run South 52 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to all restrictions, reservations, conditions, easements and exceptions of record and to any roadways or power lines whether of record or not.
The names of all parties to said action are stated in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for Plaintiff is Andrew J. Hardwick, The Law Office of Andrew J. Hardwick, P.O. Box 95, Versailles, MO 65084.
You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid Petition within 45 days after the 8th day of February 2024, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
