The State of Missouri to the Defendant Christian A. Bartron, Sr. and the spouse of Christian A. Bartron, Sr, if any, and their unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, donees, alienees, legatees, administrators, executors, personal representatives, guardians and legal representatives and all other persons, corporations, or successors claiming by,  through, or under them

Greetings:

You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Miller County, Missouri, the general nature and purpose of which is to quiet the title of the plaintiff to the following described real estate:

A tract of land situated in and being a part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 16 West; also being a part of the tract described by deed recorded at Deed Book 156, Page 743, of the Records of Miller County Missouri; said tract being more particularly described as follows:  Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 16 West; thence South 00 degrees 06 minutes 49 seconds West along the Section line 1291.60 feet to the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 41 North Range 16 West thence leaving said Section line North 87 degrees 44 minutes 28 seconds East along the Quarter Quarter Section line 590.03 feet to the Centerline of Blue Springs Drive; thence leaving said Quarter Quarter Section line, South 25 degrees 16 minutes 17 seconds East along said centerline 270.76 feet to the Southwest corner of a tract described by deed recorded at Deed Book 373, Page 627 of the Records of Miller County Missouri; thence continuing along said Centerline South 25 degrees 44 minutes 28 seconds East 246.16 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing along said centerline, South 25 degrees 44 minutes 28 seconds East 163.20 feet; thence leaving said centerline North 88 degrees 58 minutes 14 seconds East 663.50 feet; thence North 01 degree 01 minutes 46 seconds West 205.16 feet; thence South 88 degrees 58 minutes 14 seconds West 534.00 feet; thence South 72 degrees 54 minutes 59 seconds West 205.76 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

The names of all parties to the suit are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the plaintiff's attorney is Robert J. Seek, 603 E. North Street, P.O. Box 191, Eldon, Missouri  65026.

You are further notified that unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the date of first publication, judgment by default will be rendered against you.

It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to law in the Eldon Advertiser, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Miller, State of Missouri.
