The State of Missouri to the above-named Defendants:
You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for the County of Miller, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to quiet title, and which affects the following described property:
Parcel #18-4.0-18-000-000-008.000
All that part of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 38 North, Range 12 West of the 5th Principal Meridian in Miller County, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 18, thence South 89° East 150 feet to a point for the real point of beginning of the parcel herein described, thence continuing South 89° East 277.6 feet to the centerline of a county road, thence along and with said centerline North 3° West 186 feet, thence North 21°40′ West 133 feet, thence North 48°11′ West 165 feet, thence North 73° West 120 feet, thence leaving said centerline South 450 feet to the point of beginning.
The names of all of the parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof, and the name of the attorney for Plaintiff is Cory Garr whose address is 110 N. Monroe, Versailles, Missouri 65084.
You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within forty-five (45) days after the 6th day of November, 2025, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
