The State of Missouri to defendant, natural father, and any and all unknown putative fathers, of the above-named juvenile.
You are notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Miller County, State of Missouri, at 2001 Highway 52, Tuscumbia, Missouri 65082, the object and general nature of which is the termination of your parental rights in and to the above-named juvenile.

You are further notified, pursuant to Section 211.462.2 RSMo., of your right to have counsel, and if you request counsel and are financially unable to employ counsel, counsel shall be appointed by the Court.
The names of all the parties to said action are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the plaintiff is Jamie D. Dwight, Miller County Juvenile Office, 2001 Highway 52, Tuscumbia, Missouri 65082.
You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading within 45 days of the first publication of this notice, or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition on November 21, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the Miller County Courthouse, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
