NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the note described in and secured by Deed of Trust dated October 13, 2023, executed by Charles Bernard Dale, a single man, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Miller County, Missouri, on October 16, 2023 at 12:28 P.M., in Instr #: 202304290 Book 2023 Page 4290, and conveying to the undersigned trustee the following described property in Miller County, Missouri, to-wit:
All of Lots 7, 8 and 9 in Block 7 and the two fractional lots lying and adjoining on the Southeast side of said Lots 7 and 9 in Block 7, said fractional lots extending to the line between the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 39 North, Range 12 West of 5th P.M., Miller County, Missouri.
Also: A parcel beginning on the Quarter Quarter Section line between the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 30, Township 39 North, Range 12 West of 5th P.M. at the termination of the South side of Church Street, and running thence South 30° West 120 feet; thence Southeasterly at right angles 60 feet to said subdivision line; thence North with said subdivisional line to the PLACE OF BEGINNING; all of the foregoing lots and parcels being in T.D. Garner’s (Sen) Addition to the Town of Iberia, Miller County, Missouri. Subject to all easements, restrictions, reservations and conditions of record and to all existing roads and power lines, whether of record or not.
at the request of the legal holder of said note and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned trustee will on Friday, the 27th day of September 2024, between the hours of 9:00 o'clock A.M. and 5:00 o'clock P.M., to-wit: at 1:00 P.M., sell said property at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the FRONT door of the County Court House in the City of Tuscumbia, Miller County, Missouri, to satisfy said note and costs.
