For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Kcey W Clark and Hannah Clark husband and wife dated December 28, 2018 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Miller County, Missouri in Book 2018, Page 5427 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Friday, August 16, 2024 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 12:10 PM), at the South Front Door of the Court House, City of Tuscumbia, County of Miller, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Miller County, State of Missouri, to wit:

ALL OF LOT 5 OF “QUAIL'S RUN ESTATE” A SUBDIVISION IN MILLER COUNTY, MISSOURI. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND OF RECORD AT PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 52, IN THE MILLER COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE.
