For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Donald McMillin and Dena McMillin, husband and wife dated January 12, 2023 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Miller County, Missouri in Book 2023, Page 151 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Friday, April 12, 2024 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 12:10 PM), at the South Front Door of the Court House, City of Tuscumbia, County of Miller, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Miller County, State of Missouri, to wit:
ALL OF UNIT 1-302, BUILDING 1, LIGHTHOUSE LANDING CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM OF RECORD IN MILLER COUNTY, MISSOURI, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF FILED OF RECORD AT PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 243, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF LOT 4 OF LIGHTHOUSE LANDING CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION, SECOND ADDITION, FILED IN PLAT BOOK A, AT PAGE 242, MILLER COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE.
