TRUSTEE’S SALE - Default having been made in the payment of a Note described in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by Joseph D. Hollandsworth and Cheri Lynn Hollandsworth, recorded January 12, 2015 as Document #2016-150, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for the County of Miller, State of Missouri, MTW Trustee Services, the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note, will on January 10, 2024 between the hours of 9 o’clock a.m. and 5 o’clock p.m., to wit: at or about 1:00 p.m., at the South Front Door of the Miller County Courthouse, in the City of Tuscumbia and State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate described in said Deed of Trust and situated in the County of Miller, Missouri, to-wit:
Tract #3 of SHADY OAKS DEVELOPMENT as shown and designated on the plat as recorded in the Records of Miller County, Missouri.
for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
