Whereas, Lake Vacation Rentals, LLC, by Deed of Trust, dated the 2nd day of March, 2023, and recorded in the Recorder's office for Miller County, Missouri, in Deed of Trust Book 2023 at page 930 conveyed to Jeff Dull, Trustee, the following described property, situated in the County of Miller, State of Missouri, to-wit:
A tract of land in the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 40 North, Range 15 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 8, thence East along the subdivision line, 407 feet, more or less to the Westerly right of way line of State Highway Route U.S. 54; thence in a Southwesterly direction along and with the Westerly right of way line of said Highway a distance of 300 feet; thence in a Westerly direction, in a straight line, to a point on the West boundary line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 8, which is 300 feet South of the Northwest corner of said quarter quarter section; thence North along the section line a distance of 300 feet to the point of beginning.

A tract of land lying in part of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 7, Township 40 North, Range 15 West, Miller County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 7, run along and with the East line of said Section 7, South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 300.77 feet; thence departing said East line, South 86 degrees 40 minutes 09 seconds West a distance of 100.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 07 minutes 04 seconds West a distance of 307.75 feet to a point on the North line of said Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 7; thence along and with said North line, South 89 degrees 19 minutes 57 seconds East a distance of 100.47 feet returning to the Point of Beginning.
Subject to rights conveyed to the State of Missouri by conveyance of right of way filed for record in Book 56, page 457, and in Book 106, page 309, in the Recorder's Office of Miller County, Missouri.
Subject to all restrictions, reservations, conditions, and easements of record and to all existing roads and power lines, whether of record or not.
which conveyance was made to the above trustee In Trust, to secure the payment of a certain note in said Deed of Trust described; and
Whereas, default was made and still continues in the payment of said note;
Now Therefore, at the request of the legal holder of said note, and in pursuance of the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will sell the property above described at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, at the front door of the Miller County Court House in the City of Tuscumbia, Miller County, Missouri, on December 27, 2023, between the hours of nine o'clock a.m. and five o'clock p.m., to-wit; 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
