A default has accrued on a certain note secured by a deed of trust executed by, Albert D. Spratley; Debbi A. Spratley dated 6/26/2020 and recorded on 6/26/2020 in Book 2020 Page 2794, in the Recorder’s office for Miller County, Missouri. The successor trustee will on March 7, 2025 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, more particularly at 11:00 AM, at the South Front Door of the Miller County Courthouse, 2001 Highway 52, Tuscumbia, Missouri sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash (certified funds only), the following real estate:
