NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the Note secured by a Deed of Trust executed by Ronald W. Larimore and Lueanna M.
Larimore, husband and wife, dated December 22, 2014, and recorded December 23, 2014, as Instrument No. 201405035, in Book 2014 at Page 5035, of the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Miller County, Missouri, conveying to William F. Washburn, Trustee, the following described property situated in the County of Miller, State of Missouri, to wit:
ALL OF LOT 4, HICKORY RIDGE NO 1, A SUBDIVISION IN MILLER COUNTY, MISSOURI ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF FILED OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 48, MILLER COUNTY RECORDER’S OFFICE.
Having been appointed Successor Trustee under the terms of the Deed of Trust, Kari A. Schulte, will at the request of the legal holder of said note, sell the above-described property at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the front door of the Miller County Courthouse in the City of Tuscumbia, Missouri, on Monday, March 10, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., to satisfy said indebtedness and the cost of executing this Trust.
