NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue and authority of an Execution issued from the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cole County, Missouri, in Case No. 15AC-FC00038, returnable on the 16th day of September, 2024, to me, as Sheriff, directed and delivered, in favor of Lori A. Crouse, as Plaintiff, and against Daniel H. Crouse and Crouse & Associates, Inc., as Defendants, I have levied upon and seized all the right, title, interest, and estate of said Defendants in and to the following described real estate, situated in the County of Miller and State of Missouri, to wit:
Lot 615, TRACT A, CHAMPION COMMERCIAL PARK, a subdivision in Miller County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof at Plat Book 4, page 25, of the deed records of Miller County.
I will sell all the right, title, interest, and estate of the above-named Defendants in and to the above-described real estate at public venue to the highest bidder for cash at the South front door of the Miller County Courthouse, 2001 Highway 52 in Tuscumbia, Missouri, on August 27, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., to satisfy said Execution and costs.
