TAX LEVY HEARINGS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A tax hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, August 7th, 2023, at the Tuscumbia Fire Protection District Station, 1832 Highway 52, at which time the citizens may be heard on the property taxes to be set by the Tuscumbia Fire Protection District. This is pursuant to Section 137.055, RSMo. 2000, and Section 139.600, RSMo. 2000.
The Tax rates are set to produce the revenues, which the budget for the Fiscal Year beginning January 1, shows to be required for Real, Personal, and Other tangible property in the Tuscumbia Fire Protection District.
