NOTICE OF CANDIDATE
FILING PERIOD FOR
ANNUAL ELECTION
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Miller County Nursing Home District, will have its annual election to be held on April 2, 2024. At said election one Director from Election District No. 1, and one Director from Election District No. 6, will each be elected to serve a three year term as provided by law. Candidates desiring to file for the office of Director must meet the statutory qualifications. The period for candidate filing will be from 8:00 a.m., December 5, 2023, until 5:00 p.m., December 26, 2023. All candidates must file a Declaration of Candidacy with the Administrator of the District at the Miller County Care Center, 1157 Hwy. 17, Tuscumbia, Missouri, by the close of the filing period, and must properly complete all necessary campaign finance and disclosure law forms. Names of candidates will be printed in the order that candidates file on all ballots.
