Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the St. Elizabeth Mutual Insurance Company will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 9 a.m. at the Company’s home office on Walnut Street in St. Elizabeth, Miller County, Missouri. The purpose of the meeting is to elect three members to the Board of Directors, after amending the articles to add an additional board member to the eight member board, and to extend membership to farmers and property owners across Missouri.
