Default having been made in the payment of the Note secured by a Deed of Trust executed by Elizabeth Ann McKinley, a single person, dated March 7, 2022, and recorded March 8, 2022, as Document No. 2022-1076, of the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Miller County, Missouri, conveying to John E.
