At the request of the legal holder of said note, I, Duane Schreimann, duly appointed Successor Trustee per Appointment of Successor Trustee dated December 5, 2025, recorded as Instrument Number 202505087, Book 2025, Page 5087, Miller County Recorder’s Office, will sell the above-described property at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the South door of the Miller County Courthouse in the City of Tuscumbia, Missouri, on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., to satisfy said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
