Default having been made in the payment of the note described in and secured by Deed of Trust dated November 21, 2017 executed by Gary Cambridge, spouse of Carolyn Cambridge and Carolyn Cambridge, spouse of Gary Cambridge, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Miller County, Missouri, on December 8, 2017, in Document No. 2017-5410, Deed of Trust Book 2017, Page 5410, and conveying to the trustee therein the following described property in Miller County, Missouri, to-wit:
A parcel of land in the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 39 North, Range 12 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 20; thence South 3.57 chains; thence South 79 degrees East for a point which is 23 rods East of the West line of said Quarter-Quarter Section; thence North to the North line of said Quarter-Quarter Section; thence West along the North line of said Quarter-Quarter Section a distance of 23 rods to the Point of beginning. Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record.
WHEREAS, the undersigned has been appointed as successor trustee by an instrument which is duly acknowledged and is recorded in the Recorder's Office of Miller County, Missouri; And
WHEREAS, default has been made and still continues in the payment of the said promissory note secured by the said Deed of Trust;
NOW THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said promissory note, and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, I, the undersigned Bruce B. Warren, acting as successor Trustee, pursuant to the powers given to me by the said Deed of Trust and by the said appointment as successor Trustee, will sell the property and real estate above described at public vendue, to the highest bidder for cash, at the FRONT door of the County Court House of Miller County, in Tuscumbia, Missouri, on Friday, the 30th day of January, 2026, between the hours of nine o'clock A.M. and five o'clock P.M., to-wit: at 1:00 P.M., for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
