For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Jeremey A Maasen, a single person dated February 28, 2020 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Miller County, Missouri in Book 2020, Page 893 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Friday, August 22, 2025 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 12:10 p.m.), at the South Front Door of the Court House, City of Tuscumbia, County of Miller, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Miller County, State of Missouri, to wit:
A PART OF LOTS FIVE (5) AND SIX (6); BLOCK TWO (2), EDWARD ORTBAL'S ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF CHARLESTOWN (NOW ST. ELIZABETH), MILLER COUNTY, MISSOURI, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 5; THENCE RUN IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG PLUM STREET A DISTANCE OF 68.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG PLUM STREET A DISTANCE OF 68.5 FEET; THENCE IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION PARALLEL WITH THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID BLOCK 2, A DISTANCE OF 107 FEET; THENCE IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID BLOCK 2 A DISTANCE OF 68.5 FEET; THENCE IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION PARALLEL WITH THE EASTERLY LINE OF WALNUT STREET A DISTANCE OF 107 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
