Default having been made in the payment of the Note secured by a Deed of Trust executed by Rebecca L. Gaunt, a married person, dated June 3, 2022, and recorded June 9, 2022, as Document No. 202202774, in Book 2022 at Page 2774, of the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Miller County, Missouri, conveying to John E. Curran, Trustee, the following described property situated in the County of Miller, State of Missouri, to wit:

All of Lot Number 97 and 98 in TOWN ’N COUNTRY SUBDIVISION PLAT NO. 5, according to plat filed of record at Plat Book 3, page 16 and Plat Book 3, page 20, Miller County Recorder’s Office.

Having been appointed Successor Trustee under the terms of the Deed of Trust, CVDL Real Estate Services, LLC, will at the request of the legal holder of said note, sell the above-described property at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the front door of the Miller County Courthouse in the City of Tuscumbia, Missouri, on Friday, July 11, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., to satisfy said indebtedness and the cost of executing this Trust.
