You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in the District Court of Gove County, Kansas, by Colby Glass and Sign Company, Inc., as plaintiff, praying for judgment in the amount of $689.68, with interest at the contract rate of 18% per annum, plus costs, and you are hereby required to plead to said petition on or before October 3, 2024, in said court, at Gove, Kansas. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said petition.
