Jones, husband and wife, executed a Deed of Trust on May 3, 2016, said Deed of Trust was recorded on May 5, 2016, in Book 2016 at Page 1978, Document No. 201601978, of the Land Records of Miller County, Missouri, wherein said party conveyed to the original Trustee, the following described real estate situated in the County of Miller, State of Missouri, to-wit:

WHEREAS, whereis, subject to all defects, and subject to no warranties, express or implied.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the power vested in the holder of said Deed of Trust, the said legal holder did appoint the undersigned as Successor Trustee to succeed to the rights, title, interest and powers of the Trustee hereunder; and

WHEREAS, default was made and still continues in the payment of the obligations secured by and described in said Deed of Trust;

NOW, THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of the obligations secured by said Deed of Trust, and pursuant to the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Successor Trustee will sell the property above-described at public venue, to the highest bidder, for cash, at the South Door of the Miller County Courthouse, 2001 Highway 52, Tuscumbia, Missouri, on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness, plus costs and expenses of executing this trust, plus other obligations owing under said Deed of Trust.  Sale to commence at 1:00 o'clock p.m.
